• Condo building and unit have stairs. Unfortunately there is not an elevator.
• Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily.
• We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
• Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations.
